Nanoscience@KIC Graduate Fellow
I love dancing and hiking. I have two kitties both have white paws which look like white gloves!
Research
My work includes developing semiconductor devices including RF acoustic filters and high-electron-mobility transistors, aimed at achieving high-speed applications for 6G wireless communications. My research contributions include designing and fabricating record high-frequency RF acoustic filters using single crystalline films and identifying performance-limiting factors along with the material and device requirements for future-generation RF filters operating in the 10-100 GHz band. Furthermore, I have facilitated the pathway for the monolithic integration of high-speed RF filters and transistors, a critical challenge in the semiconductor field.
